The Unwritten Archive is an independent collection of mystery and fantasy fiction. Our stories explore impossible places, missing people, lost memories, and the uneasy feeling that the familiar world is hiding something.
Each book is a separate story. You can begin with whichever premise catches your curiosity and read the available books for free in your browser.
How these stories are made
We use generative AI to write the text of our fiction. We choose the premises, guide the stories, and revise the results. AI is part of the writing process, and we disclose that openly.
The Archive is a developing project. Reader feedback helps us identify unclear passages, inconsistencies, and places where a story can be stronger.
